Which plan is cheaper, weekly or yearly?
The yearly plan, if you'll use the app for more than five weeks in a year. It costs $14.99, about the same as five weeks of the weekly plan at $2.99 ($14.95). For a single event, such as one birthday party, the weekly plan costs less; cancel it before it renews if you don't need more.

How do renewal and cancelling work?
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days and yearly subscriptions every 12 months, until you cancel. To cancel, or to check your next billing date, open your Apple subscription settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Inviteos. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Email support@inviteos.com and tell us what went wrong, with the date and amount of the charge. We can help you work out which subscription it was and where to cancel it. Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Questions about plans and billing
Is Inviteos free?
Inviteos is free to download from the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Some features need a subscription, weekly or yearly, which you buy inside the app and pay for through Apple.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There’s no minimum term: cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the week or year you’ve already paid for. After that you won’t be charged again.
Why is the price different in my country?
The prices on this page are in US dollars. The App Store shows you the price in your own currency before you subscribe, and it can differ from the US price because of local taxes and exchange rates.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in, choose “Request a refund”, then pick the reason and the Inviteos subscription. Apple says to expect an update within 24 to 48 hours.
