You must provide accurate information when contacting us, subscribing, or using any account-based features. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or the payment method used for your subscription.

3. Permitted Use

Inviteos may be used to create invitation cards, event graphics, wording suggestions, and related celebration materials for lawful personal or business use. You must have the rights to any photos, names, logos, or event details that you upload or publish through the service.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Inviteos to generate illegal, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, sexually explicit, or misleading content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security, scrape the service at scale, or bypass subscription and payment controls.

5. Pricing and Billing

Inviteos currently offers a Weekly Plan at $5.99 and a Yearly Plan at $29.99. Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing cadence selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Pricing, taxes, and billing flow may vary slightly depending on your region, store platform, or payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing the final checkout screen before completing a purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel renewal through the same channel used to subscribe, such as the App Store subscription settings or the billing flow provided at checkout. Unless required by law or store policy, completed billing periods are generally non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

Inviteos, its branding, interface, software, and website content remain the property of Devsrank Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any of its protected materials to you.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep Inviteos available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific commercial outcomes. The service is provided on an as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inviteos and Devsrank Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
